I've never been a big fan of Velveeta, but this queso dip recipe is a total game-changer. It's creamy, flavorful, and perfect for any party or gathering.
A Flavorful Combination
To add even more depth and spice to this dip, I like to use a combination of chorizo and ground beef. It's a delicious and unexpected twist that takes the dip to the next level.
Easy to Make
This cheese dip is incredibly simple to prepare. Just toss together Velveeta, cream cheese, salsa, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and jalapenos in a baking dish or slow cooker. That's it!

BEST Party Queso Recipe:
1/2 LB Chorizo
1/2 LB Ground Beef
1 can Diced Tomatoes w/green chilis 14.5 oz
Sliced Jalapenos (couple spoonfuls, adjust to your preference)
1 block of Cream Cheese
1-2 cups of shredded Cheese
1 pack Taco Seasoning
1/2 cup of your favorite salsa
16 oz. Velveeta Cheese cubed
2 tablespoons whole whipping cream
Instructions:
Get cooking: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
Cook the meats: Brown the ground beef and chorizo and drain any excess grease.
Combine ingredients: Mix the cooked meats with the remaining ingredients in your baking dish (or a disposable tin foil dish).
Bake or grill: Place the dish in the oven for 15 minutes, until melted and bubbly. Stir halfway through!
Add a touch of cream: For an extra creamy texture, stir in 2 tablespoons of whole whipping cream at the end. If it's too thick add some more salsa with the juice!
Serve: Enjoy immediately with your favorite chips or scoops!
