Looking for the perfect Italian meatball recipe that's bursting with flavor and ridiculously easy to make? Look no further! Let's talk about how to make the perfect ✨authentic✨ Italian Meatballs.

How to Make the Perfect Authentic Italian Meatballs

These meatballs are a guaranteed crowd-pleaser, perfect for everything from spaghetti and marinara to a hearty meatball sub.

They're also incredibly versatile – you can use them in soups (Check out my Italian Meatball Soup), appetizers, or even freeze them for later meals.

Let's be honest, the internet is full of questionable meatball recipes. I spent way too many nights battling crumbly messes and flavorless disappointments. But after some trial and error (and maybe a few tears shed over burnt offerings), I present to you the ONLY Italian meatball recipe you'll ever need. Trust me, this one's a winner.

It's all about simple, fresh ingredients and a little bit of love. In under an hour, you'll have a pot of juicy, tender meatballs that will have everyone raving about your cooking skills.

Meatball Recipe:

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

- 1/3 cup milk I use whole milk

- 2lb ground beef

- 1 large egg

- 3-4 cloves garlic minced

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 teaspoon salt

- Pep

- 1/2 t dried parsley

- 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Take the breadcrumbs + milk mix/mash together until you've got a paste.

Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl. Using hands, mix together and then form meatballs (use about 2 ½ tbsp meat/meatball). Don't over-mix or pack them too tightly, and use a delicate touch.

Heat some oil of your choice in a large cast iron skillet and brown over med-high heat. Put on parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350º 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
