These Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders are THE BEST! I recently whipped up a batch of Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders that have completely taken over my life! Seriously, these little sliders are pure perfection. The combination of juicy chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch is an absolute match made in heaven.
I started with some homemade chicken breasts, but you can definitely use a rotisserie chicken for a quicker dinner option. The key to these sliders is all about the toppings. I went heavy on the bacon, smothered it with homemade ranch (you could use store-bought if you're short on time), and then piled on the melted cheese. The result? Pure, unadulterated bliss.
These sliders are so good, they're dangerously addictive. Trust me, you won't be able to stop at just one!
Chicken Bacon Ranch Slider Recipe:
Ingredients:
Hawaiian Rolls (I used 9, adjust to your needs)
½ cup unsalted butter,, melted
1 clove garlic,, minced
1 tablespoons chopped dried parsley
pinch of salt
4 cups cooked and shredded chicken breasts
10 slices bacon,, cooked and crumbled
Homemade ranch dressing (bottled is ok too I guess)
Provolone cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese, for an even cheesier sandy add shredded cheddar! optional
Âź cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparing the Hawaiian Rolls
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Carefully cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached. Place the bottom halves in a prepared baking dish.
Creating the Flavor Base
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced or pressed garlic, and dried parsley. Season with a pinch of salt.
Spread some of the garlic butter mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls, if you add a lot the bottoms will be a litlle soggy. We were ok with that. Add less if you are not.
Assembling the Sliders
Evenly distribute shredded chicken over the buttered roll bottoms.
Top with crumbled bacon.
Drizzle a good size layer of ranch dressing over the chicken and bacon.
Cover with slices of provolone cheese, followed by a layer of shredded cheddar cheese, if you wish.
Place the top halves of the Hawaiian rolls over the filled bottoms.
Baking and Finishing Touches
Pour the remaining butter mixture all over the tops of the assembled sliders. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the sliders are heated through.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Enjoy!
