Prep Time:15 minutes
Cook Time:20 minutes
Total Time:35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 85/15 ground beef or 80/20—just don’t go too lean, flavor is key
  • 1 onion chopped
  • ½ beef bouillon cube + ½ cup water for extra beefy vibes
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp steak sauce
  • Slider buns
  • Jongga Kimchi Crunch Bites trust me, don’t skip these!
  • Sliced cheese melty goodness required
  • Cooked bacon because obviously
  • ½ stick melted butter for that glossy, golden top
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp dried minced onion

Instructions

  • 1️⃣ Cook the Beef – In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped onion until soft. Add the ground beef, breaking it up as it browns. Stir in the bouillon cube dissolved in water, plus the soy sauce and steak sauce. Simmer until the liquid reduces and the beef is next-level flavorful.
  • 2️⃣ Assemble the Sliders – Place the bottom halves of your slider buns in a baking dish. Load them up with beef, cheese, crispy bacon, (and the star of the show—Kimchi Crunch Bites go on at the end). Pop on the top buns.
  • 3️⃣ Butter ‘Em Up – Mix melted butter with sesame seeds and dried onion, then brush it over the tops of the buns.
  • 4️⃣ Bake & Serve – Cover and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake a few more until golden brown and insanely delicious. Once finished baking, add the star of the show—Kimchi Crunch Bites and enjoy!
