Ingredients
Casserole Ingredients:
- 3-4 Croissants cut up into pieces
- 0.5-1 LB of Deli Honey Ham depending on how much ham you like
- 2 C Shredded Gruyere Cheese
- 6 Scrambled Eggs
Creamy Sauce Ingredients:
- 5 Eggs
- 1 C Heavy Cream
- 1 t dijon mustard
- 3/4 t garlic powder
- 3/4 t kosher salt
- Cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- Cut up croissants and place them at the bottom of the dish. Add ham, scrambled eggs, and gruyere cheese.
- In a bowl whisk together the Creamy Sauce ingredients and pour over the casserole.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.
