The craving for Snickerdoodle Cobbler hit, and of course, I gave in—because who can resist that warm, gooey center topped with a golden, caramel-kissed crust? Fall has officially arrived, and that means one thing: time to bring on the cozy desserts! 🍁

This Snickerdoodle Cobbler is the ultimate cozy treat! It’s simple enough to whip up on any weeknight, and it magically creates its own cinnamon caramel sauce while baking. Serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a dessert that’s downright irresistible!

McCormick just launched their new Holiday Finishing Sugars, and I’ve been waiting to try them out. It adds the perfectsweet touch to this cobbler. I mixed some into the batter for that subtle caramel flavor and then sprinkled a good amount on top for an extra caramelized glaze.

This dessert is impressively easy to throw together, making it ideal for casual family nights or even a holiday table. Plus, it delivers the best of both worlds: a gooey cobbler filling and that soft, cake-like top layer.

If you haven’t tried Snickerdoodle Cobbler yet, just imagine all the comfort of a classic cobbler with a holiday twist. Cozy up with a bowl—it’s dessert season, after all!
