Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish and let it melt in the oven.
In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, milk, vanilla, 1 tsp of salted caramel sugar, and cinnamon until just combined—don’t worry about a few lumps.
Carefully pour the batter over the melted butter in the dish.
Sprinkle the brown sugar + 1 tbsp salted caramel finishing sugar over the top of the batter.
Gently pour hot water over everything in the dish without stirring.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown and deliciously bubbly.
