Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 250°F (121°C).
Melt butter: Place butter in a large roasting pan (the same one you will put your chex mix in) place in the oven, and let the butter melt while you combine dry ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine Chex cereals, pretzels, nuts, bagel chips, and rye chips.
Make coating. In the roaster, once the butter is melted, add Worcestershire sauce, garlic + onion powder, and seasoned salt and whisk until well combined.
Bake: Spread the mixture into the roaster, stirring well being sure all the pieces are well coated. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool and serve: Let the Chex mix cool completely before serving I usually spread them all out on paper towels.
