All the flavor of your favorite fast-food sandwich, but baked into cheesy, pull-apart sliders! These Arby’s-inspired Beef and Cheddar Sliders are layered with roast beef, gooey cheese sauce, and tangy Arby’s Sauce on soft Hawaiian rolls—finished with a buttery onion topping. Perfect for parties, game day, or when the Arby’s craving hits at home.
Preheat oven to 275°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Without separating the rolls, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
Evenly layer the roast beef over the rolls. Drizzle the melted cheese sauce on top, then spread Arby’s Sauce to taste. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced onion, poppy seeds, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and the sliders are warmed through.
