Season the chicken breast & sausage with Cajun seasoning.
Heat oil in a skillet and brown the chicken pieces. Remove from pan.
Add the sliced Cajun sausage and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
Add more oil if needed and Sauté the diced onion until tender, then add the minced garlic.
Stir in the orzo and toast it for a few minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
Add salt, pepper, or more Cajun seasoning if needed.
Simmer the mixture until the orzo is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Stir in the heavy cream and shredded Parmesan until the sauce is creamy.
Return the cooked chicken and sausage to the pan, mix everything together, and serve!
