Crispy Truffle Parmesan Fries

Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp white truffle oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Prep the Fries: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Wash and cut the potatoes into fries, then pat them very dry with a clean towel.
  • Season: In a large bowl, toss the fries with avocado oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Bake: Spread the fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  • Add the Truffle: While still hot, transfer the fries to a bowl. Drizzle with white truffle oil and toss gently.
  • Finish: Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan, and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
