Crispy Truffle Parmesan Fries

Ingredients

medium russet potatoes

avocado oil

garlic powder
Salt and black pepper
to taste

white truffle oil
½

freshly grated Parmesan cheese

tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Prep the Fries: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Wash and cut the potatoes into fries, then pat them very dry with a clean towel.
Season: In a large bowl, toss the fries with avocado oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Bake: Spread the fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Add the Truffle: While still hot, transfer the fries to a bowl. Drizzle with white truffle oil and toss gently.
Finish: Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan, and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
