Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients except the extra water.
Cook the protein: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the ground pork with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the noodles: Cook the ramen or noodles to barely done, we don't want them to get soggy. Drain and set aside.
Combine ingredients: In the same skillet as the pork, add your noodles,and gochujang sauce. Toss to combine.
Adjust the sauce: Add extra broth or water as needed to achieve your desired consistency, I like to simmer the water off for a few minutes.
Serve: Top with fresh herbs, scallions, chili oil, sesame seeds, and any additional garnishes you prefer.
