Ingredients

  • 1 block Velveeta cubed
  • 1 block of Colby Jack cubed
  • 2 jalapeños diced
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 packet ranch dips mix

Instructions

  • Add everything into a baking dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 30 minutes. Stir. Finish baking for another 15 minutes.
  • It may seem thin at first, but let it set for 5-10 minutes and it will thicken up.
