Ingredients

Sloppy Joe

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 C water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Fries

  • 1 bag seasoned fries
  • Ragu double cheddar cheese sauce (warmed)
  • Pickle chips
  • Cooked bacon

Instructions

  • Cook the fries Bake the seasoned fries according to package directions until crispy.
  • Brown the beef In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.
  • Make the sloppy joe sauce Add ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir to combine and let simmer for a few minutes until thickened and saucy.
  • Heat the cheese sauce Warm the Ragu double cheddar cheese sauce according to package directions.
  • Assemble Arrange the hot fries on a serving platter or baking dish. Spoon the sloppy joe mixture over the fries, then drizzle with warm cheese sauce.
  • Finish Top with pickle chips and cooked bacon. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For best results, make sure the fries are crispy before adding toppings to prevent sogginess.
  • Pickles add a bright, tangy contrast—don’t skip them.
  • Assemble right before serving for the best texture.
