Quick & Easy Fourth of July Slow Cooker Chili Dogs
This slow cooker chili is made just for hot dogs, fries, and burgers—no beans, no spice, just that perfect saucy, beefy goodness with a touch of sweetness.It’s quick to throw together, crowd-pleasing, and absolutely made for summer cookouts. 🌭🔥
Cook the beef: In a medium skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook while breaking up the meat into small crumbles—aim for a fine texture.
Drain: Once fully cooked, drain off any excess grease.
Add to slow cooker: Transfer the cooked ground beef to your slow cooker.
Mix it all in: Add the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, chili powder, salt, pepper, sugar, and onion powder. Stir everything together until fully combined.
Let it do its thing: Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 2½ hours. It can also chill here for quite a while, just give it a stir every so often.
Serve it up: Spoon the chili over grilled hot dogs, crispy fries, burgers, or baked potatoes. Add shredded cheese, onions, or jalapeños for extra flair!
