Puppy chow, but make it unhinged—instead of Chex, we’re coating Ritz Peanut Butter Bits in chocolatey, peanut buttery chaos. Salty, sweet, and dangerously snackable. 🥜🍫
In a large microwave-safe bowl, toss in the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave for about 1 minute, then give it a good stir until the mixture is smooth and glossy. If there are still a few chocolate chips hanging on, keep stirring—they’ll melt in the warmth. Add the vanilla and stir it in.
Now gently fold in your Ritz Peanut Butter Bits until they’re fully coated in that glorious mixture. Once everything’s covered, transfer the mix to a bowl with a lid (or large zip-top bag). Pour in the powdered sugar (dump as much or as little as you like), seal it up tight, and shake like your snack life depends on it. If you spot any stubborn clusters, break them up with your hands or give it another shake to evenly coat.
Spread the coated bites out onto parchment or wax paper and let them cool in the fridge or freezer for 5–10 minutes. Once set, store in an airtight container—if they last that long.
