Prepare the InnovAsian Orange Chicken according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spread the slivered almonds, crunched dry ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets), and sesame seeds onto a large cookie sheet.
Toast in the oven for 10–15 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and fragrant. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and rice vinegar until well combined.
In a large bowl, combine the cole slaw mix, chopped green onions, toasted ramen mixture, and cooked orange chicken.
Add the dressing just before serving and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately for maximum crunch.
