Easy Poppyseed Sliders are buttery, savory, and packed with flavor! Baked to golden perfection with a savory poppyseed glaze, these mini sandwiches are perfect for parties, game days, or a quick family meal.
Slice your Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally for faster assembly.
Place meat and a slice of cheese on each roll. Top with mayo and mustard (not much). Then place the top of the roll on all the sandwiches.
In a small bowl, whisk together poppy seeds, mustard, melted butter, minced onion, and Worcestershire sauce.
Arrange the sliders on a baking dish close together. Pour/spoon the tops generously with the poppyseed sauce. Let them sit for about 10 minutes, so the butter can slightly set.
Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 2-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
