About 2LBS of lunch meat from the deli (I do turkey and ham, roast beef is also great!)I use DiLusso!!
12-24slicesof cheeseI use Colby Jack or Havarti

Mustard to taste
Poppyseed Sauce
½cupbuttermelted
1½tablespoonsyellow mustard
1tablespoonminced onion
1/2teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonpoppy seeds
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice your Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, leaving them connected for faster assembly.
Place meat and a slice of cheese on each roll. Top the cheese with mayo, then top the underside of the Hawaiian rolls with mustard. Then place the top of the roll on all the sandwiches.
In a small bowl, whisk together poppy seeds, mustard, melted butter, minced onion, and Worcestershire sauce. WHISK WELL! Make sure mustard is fully emulsified with the butter.
Brush or spoon the tops generously with the poppyseed sauce, including the sides.
Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 2-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
